When contacting Greenbill Product Support by email please make sure you can provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Your full contact details; this should include name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • Greenbill Customer Number.
  • Your computer specification; this should include Processor type, processor speed, amount of memory, and Internet connection type.
  • Operating system Greenbill is being used on, e.g. Windows XP.
  • Browser and Version, e.g. Internet Explorer 7.0, Firefox 3.0.
  • Detailed description of the issue.
  • When the issue was first noticed.
  • A screen shot, if possible of the issue to detail operations effected.
  • A detail of how to replicate the issue.
